  • Both. We offer a full design and supply service working with premium brands including Duravit, Villeroy and Boch, Merlyn, and Hansgrohe — or we install products you have already sourced from any supplier to the same exacting standard.

  • Yes. We bring in certified Gas Safe engineers for all gas work and certified NICEIC engineers for all electrical installations where required. Every specialist holds the full qualifications their trade demands.

  • Every Nuovo installation carries a full five-year workmanship warranty. If anything is not right, we come back and put it right — no delays, no arguments, no charge.
