Within one working day of your enquiry, a member of our team will call you for a brief chat — just to understand your project, your rough timescale and whether we're a good fit for what you need.

Free home consultation
We visit your home at a time that suits you. We look at the space, talk through your ideas and give you honest, experienced advice on design, layout and budget. This takes between one and two hours, and there is absolutely no obligation to proceed.

Your bespoke proposal
Following the consultation, we produce a detailed written proposal — design concept, specification, fixed price and projected timeline. You'll have everything you need to make a confident decision.

You decide, in your own time
