What the Warranty Covers

  • Our five-year warranty covers the quality and integrity of our installation workmanship — plumbing, tiling, carpentry, waterproofing, and finishing throughout. If anything we have installed fails or falls short of the standard we delivered on handover day, we come back and put it right at no cost to you.

  • The premium brands we work with — Duravit, Villeroy and Boch, Gessi, Merlyn, Hansgrohe, and Porcelanosa — each carry their own manufacturer warranties covering the products themselves. These vary by brand and product type. We are happy to provide guidance on manufacturer warranty terms during the consultation or at handover.

  • We are not just here for the installation. If anything needs attention in the period after handover, contact us directly, and we will respond within one working day. You deal with us — not a call centre, not a subcontractor, not an automated system.

  • Safety features installed as part of an accessible bathroom installation — including grab rails, fold-down seating, and level access shower systems — are covered by the same five-year workmanship warranty and installed to the load-bearing standard their purpose demands.
